    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My salesperson was Michelle. She and the other employees did a wonderful job. I was approved the same day. My car was in great shape when I got it and it is doing great today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 30 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me. I need to have a new gear shift ordered, and the driver side window needs to be fixed.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Clay was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is on, and the idle is too low.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because the battery had to be replaced. It didnt take long for them to do it and get the car back to me. I had to pay twenty five dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick Regal. Recently I brought my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. My car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff was good, and so is my car today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience has been positive. I don`t remeber the name of my salesperson , but I know he was tall with short hair and glasses. He was a fine salesman. When I purchased the vehicle very thing was fine. I am having a little trouble with the cruise control but other than that nothing is wring. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about two hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. A lady that sat in the first office was my salesperson, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle does have a few problems with it now but I dont know what. The staff was fine, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in for a lot of things. It was in there for a day. They wanted to keep it another day or two to fix the tie rod but they didn`t have another car for me so I had to take it back. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork. The staff were ok. They were not the greatest. I still need the tie rod fixe.d Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems and the staff.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I worked with Vince on the purchase of my vehicle, and he treated me very well. My car was clean and in good working condition when I picked it up, and the car continues to run perfectly today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because the air wasnt working. I got the car back that same day, but I am still having the same problem. They told me they had to order a part but I am not sure if they did or not. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. The staff treated me nice. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I brought the vehicle in because it was overheating. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. When I took the vehicle in to be repaired they broke my grill and the car is jerking. The customer service I received was wonderful. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It took all day. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was David and he was great. The car was in good condition when I got it. The brakes are really squeaky and loud. It took about 3-4 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. My sales person was Wayne. I was there from 11 until a little after 4. The car was in good condition when I got it, but it didn`t have enough oil in it and it was giving off a burning smell. The tires are rubbing also, but it drives fine I think. I have not talked to them about either issues yet. The staff was pretty good and the experience was positive.
