    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Buick Century. I brought my car in a second time to get the transmission fixed. I had to keep getting a rental car, and the staff were not helping me out. The service was obviously not completed quickly. My car is under warranty, and I received a receipt. The vehicle is okay today. Overall my experience was negative, because of all the trouble.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase of the the time that my vehicle was at service. I did not like the fact that I had serivce, and another dash light came on after I left. I had service on my brakes, my vehicle was cutting off, and the rear windsheild wipers were broke. My vehicle was in the shop for about eight hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I did not receive paperwork. Other than the time that my vehicle was in the serivce department, I would say that the customer service was okay. A dash light has come on, but I do not know what the light means. My vehicle is also making a weird noise.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall I have had a positive experience. Carlos was my salesperson and he was excellent. When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition and it was clean . I am not having any problems with the car today. I was approved the same day that I came in.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center to have the oil changed. It took them a little while to get the car back to me. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I didnt get anything back. I am not having any problems with the car now, but I have to take the car back in Firday to get the oil changed again. The staff does not treat me good. Overall my experience was neutral because the was I am treated there.

    I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience has been positive. Katie was my salesperson and she was great. When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition. I am not having any problems with the car today everything is fine. I was approved in the same day that I came in

    I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Cara. My sales person was Rashika. I was there for a couple of hours and the van wa sin good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was really helpfull. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Ranger. My salesperson was Ron. His service was really good. I was approved the same day for my truck. The truck was clean when I got it but I needed some sensors replaced. Now my car has an irregular idle. My overall experience was neutral--only with the service department not sales! The reason that I say neutral is because I had questions about the repair that was done and it was questionable how it was handled.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Rod was my salesperson. He was wonderful when helping me buy a car. The car I purchased was clean and in good condition. My car is doing good today. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I brought the car in for multiple issues. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything because it was under warranty. I have not been mailed a receipt yet, and the customer service was awesome. There are no problems with the car now.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for the check engine light, and they had it for about a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not receive paperwork with the service, but only because the work is not complete. The staff there treated me great, and the vehicle has to go back in tomorrow to finish the work by replacing the converter and motor mount.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I brought my car in for roaters on the front end and brakes shoes. It didn`t take long to do. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff are always wonderful. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was very positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Frans. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 1 hour for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is positive.

    I own a 2008 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience has been positive. Scott was my sales perosn and he was great. When I purchased the vehicle it was in good conditon. There aren`t any problems with it today that I know of. I was approved in the samd day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. My salesperson was Charles. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and not good condition when I received it. The driver window doesn`t work properly,the gas gauge doesn`t work properly,the brakes squeek alot, the check engine light is on and it bounces alot. It took about 4 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is neutral due to the problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Scott, and he was pretty good. I wasnt approved for the car till the next day. The car was in real good condition when I got it, and I am not having any problems now.
