    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my vehicle in the shop for a routine oil change service, and also to discuss with the men at the shop some oil leaking and burning issues I have been having the vehicle. The vehicle was being diagnosed for about 3 hours, and the issues have not been totally resolved; I was asked to continue to keep an eye on the consumption of oil by my vehicle, and to let the shop know if I continue to have issues. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I recieved the proper notation and documents for my service. The staff was good, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider positive.

    I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I brought it in for an oil change and the oil pressure gauge. It was there for about 2 hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problms now. The staff there was very nice and friendly as always. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. overall I have had a positive experience. I don`t remember the name of my salesperosn but he was a dominican guy. He was excellent and he explained everything to me. When I purchased the vehicle it was in good condition and it was clean. I don`t have any problems with the car today. I was approved in that same day.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. I brought it in for an oil change that did not take long to be done. The service was covered and I did get a receipt as always. There are no problems right now and the staff there is friendly. The experience has been positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My car was in for it was making a noise. They had my car for the day. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were fine. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because the car was making a weird noise. I didnt get the car back till the next day because they had to replace the transmittion. I had to pay a hundred and three dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jake, and he provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Lumina. My salesperson was David and he was pretty good. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took a couple weeks to get approved because of issues with my employer and the timing. Overall, my experience was neutral because they took way too long and I had to miss a whole day of work and my husband barely made it to work.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Grand Marq. My alesperson was Andy and he was alright. The car was in okay condition when I got it but one of the tires blew out in the back and one is scrathced in the front. The tires are still messed up and shakes, and I think there are 2 blown shocks. It took about 4-5 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN Other. I recently brought my car in because the front was lose. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I did not get a receipt. The staff was good, and so is the car today. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. I worked with Lisa, a women of medium height with dark hair, and she did a very good job taking care of me. My vehicle was in good working order and was clean when I picked it up, and the is doing good so far. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 2005 Pontiac Montana. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger white man who was very easy to work with. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My van is still running alright.

    I own a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a problem with the cadillac converter. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything because the car had this problem since I bought it and they didn`t charge me. It was not under warranty though, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good. They gave me a rental car because they had to keepmy car for over a day. There are no current problems with my car.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. I brought the car into the shop last time because there was a hole in the frame. It was there when I bought the car. It took a couple of days to fix the car. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. I wouldn`t recommend the staff to anyone-it was horrible. A while ago, I had the transmission belt and pump replaced. I have had nothing but problems with it since. Therefore my overall experience would have to be negative because they are forcing me to go and pay a Hyundai dealership to get the work done. And the problem is not resolved.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. I worked with Vincent towards purchasing my vehicle, and he was simply o.k. My car was in good condition, it was clean and was running well the day I picked it up, and so far, the vehicle continues to run well. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I would consider my experience with JD Byrider positive.
