    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I worked with a short, light skinned fellow, and he did a good job helping me. My vehicle was in good working order when I picked it up, and it was clean as well; and so far, the vehicle continues to drive fine. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Lana, and she provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. I noticed that the headlights may have a short, and one of the windows is acting up too.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 MAZDA Millenia. I brought my car in many times, and they finally fixed the converter. It took them forever to figure out what was wrong with it. It is under warranty, and I do not have a receipt. The staff was bad. I never had an attitude with them, but they continue to treat the situation bad. My car needs the oil changed, brakes fixed, and the transmission looked at. Overall my experience was negative, because of all the problems.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Lana, and she provided excellent customer service. She was accomodating, knowledgable, and worked well with me. She was really a sweetheart. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the brakes seem to be rubbing and the seatbelt and low coolant lights are both on.

    I own a 2004 Ford Ranger. My salesperson was Matthew, and he was fine. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when I bought it. I havent really drove the car so I dont know if there are any problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My car was in for it was sputtering, it eneded up being a coil. They had my car for a few hours. The service was under warranty. I am not sure if I received paper work. The employees were really nice. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was neutral, because I do not feel like they take their time when my they are working on my car. There have been two different occasions where I had to bring my car back for the same problems. I brought my vehicle in for a starter, and they had it for about a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, but the car is currently back in the service center for the starter and gaskets.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Stratus. Bob was who I bought my car from. He was great, and helped me in the best decision that i`ve ever made. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it. The car is running great today. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I received a new transmission, and my vehicle was in the shop for one week. My vehicle was in the under warranty, but it seems like the transmission is still slipping. I plan to contact the service department, so they can fix my vehicle. The staff did a good job during the serivce of my vehicle, and I received paperwork when they were done.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Grand Cara. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center because the check engine light was on. I dropped the van off at the shop, and I got it back on the next day. My warranty covered the work, and I don`t think that I have any paperwork for it. The service staff was nice to me, and my van is running alright now.

    I own a 1999 GMC Jimmy. I brought my car in to get the oil changed. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty. I don`t remember if I received a receipt or not. The staff was wonderful. There is a noise coming from my car now, but other than that it is good. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was very positive. I worked with Mike and he did an excellent job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I picked it up and I was approved first day. The check engine light came on recently and I need to bring it in to get the vehicle looked at soon.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car in because the a.c. was messed up. It was in the shop for half a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. When I stop my car shakes. Also there was an incident where a tow truck came and towed my car and they weren`t supposed to. They messed up my bumber. I am waiting to hear from them as to if they are going to fix it. Overall, my experience was neutral due to the problems and the staff.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler Town & Cou. I took the car to the service center to get a normal oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for it, but I got a receipt back showing it was done. The guy told me that if the car keeps with the clicking noise to bring it back up there and he will take a look at it. The staff was nice and polite to me. Overall my experience was positive.
