    I own a 2000 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center because I had to have a belt replaced. They were good about getting the car back to me that day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me good.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Villager. Overall my experience was postive. My engine light was on, it took about a couple of hours to fix. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

    I own a 2001 Ford Expedition. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experinece was positive. I needed an front end alignment, so I took my vehicle to the service department. Bruce was nice to me when I spoke with him, but he said that they do not do alignments at that servcie department. Bruce set up an appointment with me to bring my vehicle back to the service department, so they can have a third party shop take care of it. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Corvair. My experience with the company was very positive. I don`t remember the female`s name, who sold me the car. She was awesome with helping me and my sale. My car was clean and in good condition when I received it. It is doing outstanding today. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car in because it was jerking. It was in the shop a few days. He said he couldn`t find anything wrong but he replaced the plugs. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork. The staff were ok. I have had to bring my car in 3 times but other than that. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Steven, and he provided very good customer service. I was very satisfied. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. My experience was neutral because when I took my car to the shop for an oil change, the service staff didn`t put any oil in it. I took my car to the service center to have some oil put into it, and the work was done in about 30 minutes. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine. My car is back at the service center right now, they are replacing the fuel pump.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. I worked with Jose for the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a great job. My vehicle was in clean working order when I purchased it, and continues to run great today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I had a positive experience working with JD Byrider.

    I own a 1999 SATURN Other. My salesperson was Brandon and he was wonderful. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 24 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. The vehicle was recently brought in for a broken axel, and it took three to four days for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, but the vehilce is doing a little jerking now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Tricia was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in nice shape when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has to go in for service minor service issues. The staff was really good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for new rotors and brakes. I am not sure how long the job took but I know that it did not take very long. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service is always excellent. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall, my experience was negative because there have been several things wrong with my car since I bought it that I`ve had to pay for. I brought the car in because the service light was on, and it was serviced in a day. I had to pay, and it was unreasonable because I feel I shouldn`t have to pay anything on the engine. I have not been given a receipt. They usually mail it but lately I haven`t been getting any receipts in the mail from them. The customer service was bad. There is one guy in there that is rude. He is an older man who runs the garage. The service light is still on in my car and the compass doesn`t work. They said they`d try to fix it, but I have to pay for it.

    I own a 1998 Ford Explorer. I worked with a dark complected man on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a good job helping me find something I liked. My vehicle was in good working condition and was clean when I made the purchase, although the check engine light have come on recently. I was approved same day for the purchase of my vehicle, and overall I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.
