    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET S-10. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took a matter of minutes. It was under warranty but I paid for it. I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 MAZDA Protege. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and I got the car back that same day. I didnt have to pay for it, but I got a receipt showing it was done. I have to take the car back up there because they have to fix the window. The staff treated me great.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes to complete. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. I took the car to the service center because there was some noise coming from the front end. I sat there while they wokred on it. The work that was done was covered under warranty, and I got a receipt back. When I got the car back the bolt fell off the left front control arm. I am not happy with the service there. I dont even feel like the car is dependable. The staff treated me great. Overall my experience was negative because when the bolt fell off I called the service center and they said that they dont have records showing that they replaced the control arm.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience has been positive. I brought the car in because the check engine light was on. It has not been completely serviced yet, and I have not been given paperwork because I havent picked it up yet. The vehicle is under warranty and I will not pay anything. The customer service was good and I dont know if there are any other problems with my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. I took my car in because it was leaking transmission fluid. The inspection did not take very long at all. It was not under warranty and it cost way to much--which is why my car is not fixed. I did not receive paperwork or a receipt because there was no work done--just an inspection. The staff`s service was great. Dan has been really helpful. My car is still in the same shape. My overall esperience is neutral because I am not able to get it fixed--it is not the mechanic`s fault.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I brought the car in to get the oil changed, and the transmission looked at. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were very helpful. The car is running a lot better today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for the ABS light, and they had it for about 2 days. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me pretty good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. My salesperson was Johnny, and he was good. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when I bought it, and I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 35 or 40 minutes. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2000 SATURN SL. I brought the vehicle in because the front of the vehicle was shaking. It took 2 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am having problems with the roof leaking but it`s not covered under warranty. The customer service I received was great. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Lumina. Overall my experience has been positive. The only thing I would want to see changed is have something for the customers to do while they are waiting to be approved instead of just sit there. Sam was my salesperson and he was funny. When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition. There aren`t any problems with the car today. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Michelle. She and the other employees did a very good job, they were very nice and pleasent. I was approved the same day. My car was in good and clean condition when I got it and my car is doing fine today, it is running well. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didn`t fix my breaks and I brought it in twice to have the breaks done. My car also needed a tune up, and a window fixed. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and told them I would be in Friday to pick it up, and they had it ready for me. I had to pay for the service and it was a reasonable price. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was very nice. There are still problems with my bbreaks. They said nothings wrong, but it`s grinding and they said I needed a bearing replaced. They should have replaced both bearings rather than just one at a time, because that`s not how you replace bearings.

    I own a 2000 SATURN LW. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle would not start, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one week. My service bill was fair, and my vehcle was under warranty. The staff is trying to work with my so I am pleased in that aspect, but my vehicle is back in the same problem.
