    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Nolan, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because they had to fix a pulling. It took a couple hours to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was good. There is still a squealing noise in the belt. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Prizm. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I had to pay $10 for it, but I got a receipt back. I am have to take the car back in because there is a oil leak. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson sat on the left as soon as you come in, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I had came in a few weeks earlier and got a letter saying I was approved, and the vehicle looks like it`s been wrecked, and there is an issue with the horn also. The staff was real good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in because the motor was blown. I brought it in on October 14th and was not able to pick it up until November 1st because I didn`t have the money. It was actually done within a week. They did a remarkable job. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were very remarkable. I recommend everyone to go there. When I picked up the car, I could smell antifreeze. I called Manuel and he said that it was probably spray. The check engine light is on but it runs fine. I have not had a chance to take it there yet. Overall, my experience was positive. It was great.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. The vehicle was recently brought in for shifter service, it was there from Saturday to Monday for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a reciept for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staffwas good, and the oil light is on now, and they ripped me off when installing my radio I feel. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overeall my experience was positive. I had work on my brakes and it took about four hours to complete. I like the service bill, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job through out my time at the service department.

    I own a 1998 Ford F150. I worked with Jolene on the purchase of my vehicle, and she was really good. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, although I had some issues with the exhaust manifold and I am taking it back in for repair. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I worked with a black male, and he did a fine job helping me. The vehicle I purchased was clean and in good working order when I picked it up, and the vehicle is doing fine today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 35 or 40 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. The signal lights keep going out, they tried fixing it before, but it keeps going out. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. Overall I had a negative because the same problems keep popping up on the vehicle. I told the staff the last time I was in about the noise I was hearing, but they didn`t do anything about it. I brought my car in for a tune up and the service was slow. I didn`t have to pay anything because my car was under warranty at the time. I did recieve paperwork for the service. I am still having the same problem with the vehicle today.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. I brought my car in for electrical problems. It took about 4-5 hours to get fixed. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was great, I have no problems with them. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for brakes, rotors, and wiper repairs. They had it for a couple hours while they were working on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle that I know of.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Chris, and he provided pretty good customer service. The floorboard was dirty, one of the reverse lights was out, and the vehicle was rattling when I got it. I was approved the same day, and I currently have an appointment to bring it in to have those problems fixed.

    I own a 2001 Ford Escort. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Gerard, and he was nice. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in good condition when I got it, but it broke down a couple days after I got it.
