    I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. I recently brought my car in because it was stauling. The service took about three hours. It was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were great. My car is running pretty good today. I have to take it back to get the same problem looked at. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. I worked with a olive skinned young man with dark hair, and he was great! My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I made the purchase, although my check engine light has come on recently. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 1993 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the oil chnage.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. I worked with Sharon for the purchase of my vehicle, and as far as her customer service goes, I had no complaints at all. However, I was not happy with the vehicle I purchased, and I have since returned the vehicle, and I was in no way satisfied with the way i was treated upon doing so. I was told that there was no way I could receieve my down payment back from the returned vehicle, with the gentlemen in the finance department actually stating There is no way in a million years that you will ever see your down payment, or have it returned to you. I felt the return policy was bad and unfair, and I will never reccomend JD Byrider to someone when they are looking for a vehicle. I would consider my experience with JD Byrider negative for these reasons; I understand that the idea is to help someone get back on their feet, credit wise, and thats great. However, by not returning my down payment after I was unhappy with my vehicle, and the way I was treated, which was really terrible, I would again never reccomend JD Byrider to someone looking to purchase a vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Ram. My experience was positive. Jeremy was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My truck is still running alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was neutral, because I had to have serive twice on the battery. My battery was bad, so I had service. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. After I left the service department, I had to go right back, becuase some thing else was going wrong with my battery. I do not know what the new problem was, but I am glad that it is fixed. I currently do not have any problems with my vehice, and the staff was nice to me during the serivce.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall, my experience was positive. I am very happy. I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was quickly serviced. I paid a reasonable price for the work that was done, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was excellent and there are no current problems with my vehicle. oil change and tire roatation. yes. yes. yes. 02 cavalier. excellent. no. positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Michelle. She and the other employees did a fine job. I was approved the same day. My car was in excellent condition when I got it and it is doing great today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in to get a belt changed. The service was completed quickly. I had to pay a fair price for the service. I did receive a receipt. The staff was very helpful. I have to bring the car back to get the oil changed, and ask why it keeps shutting off. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. J.T was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. We were there two to three hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehilce has no problems with it today. The staff was good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Expedition. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person Carla, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was running a little rough when I bought it, but the staff recently ironed out all of the issues. The staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle, and I currently do not have any more problems with it.

My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. I am actully driving down the road right now, and the staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle. I hope that kelly is prosperous in all of her days as a sales person.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. Megan was my salesperson. She was very good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because it was shaking and the brakes were squealing. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I brought it in today for the same problem. Overall, my experience was negative because I keep having to bring it in for the same problem.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jeff, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.
