    I own a 2002 Mercury Villager. I brought my car in to get the window, door, and brakes fixed. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I received a receipt when it was done. The staff was good as far as I know. My car is running okay today. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. John sold me the car. The car was in good condition. The process took about two hours. The only thing I noticed is the rear seal leaks when it rains. The staff I liked. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Ram. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Tammy. Her service was great--I was really pleased. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. But now I am having some issues with the transmission--it keeps jumping gears. I need to take it to the shop soon.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a hold in the dashboard. It took all day to be servcied. I did not pay anything because of the warranty, and I`m not sure if I was given a receipt. I have no complaints about the customer service and there are no problems with the vehicle now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Ford F-150. I took the car to the service center because I had to have the oil changed. I dropped the car off and picked it back up later that day. I had to pay ten dollars for the oil change, but I got a receipt back. I had the intake gasket replaced today and when I got the car back the check engine light was on. Also I was driving and the throttle got stuck. I had to plug the vacumme line back in because they didnt do it. Overall my experience was neutral because the problems with the car since I got it back.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 15 minutes to complete. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was great, I love them. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. This is my third car with your company. Rich worked with me and he did an excellent job. Joe and Dee also were great. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean. The bumper had to be replaced already and they did a paint touch up on the back.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. I bought my car Mike, and he was wonderful. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. My sales person was Julia. I was there for maybe 2 hours, but they were pretty busy. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. The staff there was very very nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good-they were nice. There are no issues with my car at this time.

    I own a 1999 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about 2 hours. The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not receive paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle. My experience is almost always positive.

    I own a 2003 KIA SEDONA. My experience was positive. My salesperson was an older white man with short hair, he was very easy to work with. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Buick Regal. I brought the vehicle in because the brake light was constantly coming on. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty but I had to pay for the parts. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am having electrical problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received from Jason was ok. My overall experience is neutral due to the staff not explaining the problems with the vehicle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. My sales person was a man who was bald, and sat at the first door when you walk in. I was there for about 2 hours and the van was no tin good condition when I got it. The brakes, and drums have problems. I have had it in 5 times now for the transmission, and I can smell antifreeze when I drive it. There is a leak around the motor, and the interior lights flicker on and off when I sit at a light. They already know about the problems and it is at the shop right now. The staff was not pleasent at all, I felt like I was on probation. The experience was negative because I didn`t like anyone but the sales person (he was nice), and also because of the problems with the van.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. My salesperson was a latino lady she sat in the second booth on the left. The customer service that I received was fine. SHe was very nice to me. The vehicle was not neat or in good condition when I received it. I have had to take the vehicle into the shop 3 times since I bought it. I am having problems with the brakes and the transmission. They already replaced the power steering pump replaced. It took about 3 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is positive.
