    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 15 minutes. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really good to me. The check engine light is on.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the service engine light was on. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything because it was covered by warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 CADILLAC Seville. Overall my experience has beem positive. I brought my car in because my hood was smoking. I only had to pay the 25 dollar deductible. The service was completed qucik. The staff did a good job as far as customer service. I did recieve a reciept with the work that I had done. I have to bring the car back in because I need my breaks looked at.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall I had a positive experience. Scott was my salesperson and he was good. When I purchased the vehicle everything was clean and it was in good condition. The car is making a little noise now , so Im going to bring it in to have it looked at. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Lana, and she provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, but it was not inspected and had no stickers. I was approved the same day, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. Mike was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because it kept stalling out and cutting off. It was something to do with the hose that brings the gas. It was sending it to the wrong place. I dropped it off at 9,30 and got it back around 1. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any other problems now. I need an oil change though. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for a plethora of problems. They took five days to service it and I did not pay anything because they were servicing pre-existing problems and it was covered by warranty. I was given a receipt and the customer service was great. I have to bring the car back in tomorrow because there are still problems. Some things they fixed and then the problems came back almost immediately. We have having problems with our heating and cooling system, and I am not happy about having to come back.

    I own a 2003 Ford Focus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because of my warranty and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good and they need to fix my power steering the next time I bring it in to the shop.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. My salesperson was JD. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is positive.

I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought the vehicle in because it needed a tune up, brakes and put the caliburs on. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. The service engine and trac lights are on. The customer service I received was fair. My overall experience is positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Alex, and he provided very good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
