 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for transmission problems. It took about 12 hours to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was okay. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was bryan and he was very good. When I purchased my car in was clean and in good condition. I am not having any problems with the vehile today. I was approved in the same day that I came in.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Chris, and he was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in great condition when I bought it, but I am having a little problem with the motor now.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Escort. I brought my car in because the a.c. and the timing belt went out. It was the third time I have brought it in for the a.c. I was without a car for 2 or 3 days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were wonderful. Everytime I take it in for the a.c. and I get it back, the nob to turn from hot or cold gets stuck on cold. If you force it to go to heat it breaks. I am going to have to take it back in again for that. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Jeep LIBERTY. Matt was my salesperson. He was great with helping me with my sale. I went back and bought another car from him in the same week. The car was in good condition and clean when I received it. The car is running great today. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Focus. I had the dim headlight replaced on my vehicle, and the service was done quickly. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I revieved all the paperwork and recpeipts from the service call. The staff was good to me, although the car is now having some break issues. Overall, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was neutral because when I was buying it, the salesman told me I didn`t have to put 1500 down but I ended up having to and then the next day the brakes went out.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in to get a couple used tires put on. It was quickly serviced in less than a day, and I don`t know if I was given a receipt or not. I did not pay anything because it was under warranty, and I have no complaints about the customer service. There are no current problems with my vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My sales person was a man who sat in the front right corner, I think it was Steve. I was there from 10am until almost 4,30. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. The staff was fine and the experience was neutral because I have never enjoyed buying a car.

 | I own a 2001 Nissan Altima. My sales person was Steve. I was there for about 2 and a half or 3 hours and the car was in fair condition when I got it. I had to get the seat on the drivers side`s auto button fixed. There was a hole on the top of the radiator also, but they said they fixed it as well. The staff was very nice, I enjoyed them. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. My sales person was Glenn, I was also helped by Nate and Jessica. It took about 2 and a half days overall. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. I do want to take it up just to be looked at though. The process went smoothley, and eveyrone helped me. They all did a wonderfull job. I thank them all so much, especially for giving me a chance. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. My salesperson was Jared. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle wasn`t neat but it was in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is positive.

 | I own a 2007 Mercury Villager. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in because the break light was on. The staff was great as far as customer service. My car is under warranty so I don`t have to pay anything for the service. I did recieve a reciept for the service that I had done. The staff was excellent. I have to bring the car back in because the light is still on.
