    I own a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. I worked with Joe on the purchase of my vehicle, and he took very good care of me. My vehicle was in good condition and clean other than a dent on the outside of the vehicle, and I think the previous owner may have had a cat that traveled in the vehicle, as their was evidence of that inside. However, the vehicle is running well today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 2000 SATURN LW2. My salesperson was Brandon and he was great. The car was in good condition when I got it. The car squeaks in the brakes, and the car clanks when I turn the wheel. It took all day long to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in to get the oil changed. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I don`t remember if I have a receipt. The staff was great. The car is running good today. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought it in for a winshield wiper blade that was missing, and some other things that were missing when I bought it. I also had an oil change. It was there for 2 hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt. I am still waiting to get the stripping put on the glass, but I haven`t been able to go in for my own reasons. The staff was really good, especially Carol. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because it was leaking oil. The work was done in about an hour. I didn`t have to pay for anything, and I was given some paperwork. The service staff treated me just fine, but the car is still leaking oil.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. I brought it in for the nob on the a/c. I was only there for a couple of hours and the service was covered. I did not get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was ok and the experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Chrysler VOYAGER. I brought my car in to get engine work. They had the car for 2 days but could not fix the problem. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was poor, they call everyday to get my payment even when I tell them I am going to bring it in. I turned the vehicle in to JD Byrider. Overall, my experience was negative because they harass me about the payments, the customer service is poor and the problems with my car were not fixed.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson was MK. She and the other employees did a good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in alright condition when I got it, after I left the lot it started not running right with the steering wheel and the breaks. I am going to take it in tomorrow. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 SATURN Other. I brought my car in two weeks after I got it because the motor was bad. It was in the shop 4 or 5 days and they gave us a new car. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. I am not having any problems with the new car. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. David sold me my car. He was okay, but he promised me something and I yet to receive it. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it. The car is doing fine today. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was neutral, because they lost the keys the day I came for it.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didn`t really fix the problem with my vehicle. I brought my car in becasue it was making noise in the front-right end. It wasn`t really serviced, and I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. My car is still making the same noise though.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Ricky was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in freat condition when I received it. It took one hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has been in the shop the past two days for battery issues. The staff was just fine, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2005 KIA SEDONA. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because of the warranty, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was great. I know of everyone in there because I actually work for the company. There are no problems with my car now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was David and he was pretty good. The car had loud noises from the inside when I got it. The car is jerking and pulling when I hit a hill or bridge. It took 3 days to get approved because of paperwork issues. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems with the car within 2 weeks of buying the car.
