    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I had to bring my car in because it was dyng all the time. The service was finished quickly. It was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were awesome. My car is running perfect today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. I brought it in for an oil change. It was there for about 30 minutes and it was covered. I did get a receipt but the window is not working now. They are ordering me a regulator for the back window on the right side. They already tried fixing it once but it still isn`t working right. The staff there was very good and the experience was very positive.

I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in because I thought the brakes needed to be replaced. They said my roaters just need to be buffed. I dropped it off but normally it doesn`t take long. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were wonderful. They have been since I bought it. I am taking it in tomorrow to have the roaters buffed. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience has been positive. Bryan was one of the salesman that helped us and he was good. When we purchased the vehicle it was in good condition and it was clean. We are having no problems with the car today. We were approved in the same day

    I own a 2008 Ford Escort. I brought it in for new tires, an oil change and to have the fluids checked for winter. It was there for about 35 minutes and I paid for part the tires and the check up, but theoil change was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. Gill and the mechanics are fantastic and the experience absolutely positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because it was stalling when it reached 30 MPH. Therefore it needed new spark plugs and wires. It took a few hours to fix. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. The car is still doing the same thing but now it stalls when I start the car up. So I will have to take it to the shop.

    I own a 1997 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because it was covered by warranty, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was alright, adn there are a lot of problems with my car now. They won`t help me get skirts around my car because I owe $300 for a wheel alignment.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was neutral because the service staff didn`t put any oil into the new engine. I took my car to the service center to have the engine replaced. The work was done in about three weeks. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was okay, but there was less than one quart of oil in the car when I got it back. The change oil light is on, and the car isn`t picking up speed very well.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I brought the vehicle in because the alternator went out. It took 4-5 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. I am having problems with the brakes squeeking and there is something leaking from the exhaust. The customer service I received was good. My overall experience is neutral due to the fact that I am having to make soo many trips over there.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Lumina. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for new tire rods and ball joints. It took about 30 minutes to replace all of that! It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2003 Lincoln Continenta. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 30 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long. I didnt have to pay for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am having trouble with the stearing unit in the car. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.
