    I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. My experience with the company was positive. Mathew was my salesperson. He was fine when selling me a car. The car was in good condition and clean when I received it. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I recently brought my car in because my brakes were squealing. After the second time I brought it, it was finished quickly. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff was good, and so is the car today. I am bringing the car in soon to get the steering wheel checked. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and they had it for less than 30 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there is always wonderful, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was neutral, because of the problems I am having with the car now. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took less than an hour. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me okay, but ever since I got the oil change the car has been leaking oil. It is still doing that, and I have to take it in for service soon.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Lumina. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because it was covered by warranty and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good and I need to bring my car in for a winter check-up.

    I own a 2002 Buick Century. I brought it inf or anoil change that took 10 or 15 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. The back up lights aren`t working right now, but I haven`t talked to them yet. The staff there was really good, the mechanic there is my buddy. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I took in my car for a leaky hose. The work took in my car for an hour. I paid for the work and the reasonable. I did get paperwork. The car is doing fine. The staff was fine. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My salesperson sat in the far back on the left, and he was fine. I was approved for the car the same day. The car wasnt clean when I got it, so I am going to take it back and have them clean it. Also the check engine light is on so they are going to check it Monday when I take the car in to be cleaned out. Overall my experience was neutral because it took a little while.

    I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I needed a new sensor, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during their service on it.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was neutral, for a couple of reasons. First they lost my car payment and told me they would not work on it until I paid it. Once they found it, they started working on it. I did not think that was fair because it was not my fault they could not find my payment and were disorganized. Second, I told them I was having transmission troubles and they looked at in and said it was my tires. There is no way it is the tires because the engine is jumping when you drive it. The tires do not make the engine run differently. I brought my vehicle in for tranmission, oil change, and bearings. The work took about 3 days, because they lost my payment and would not work on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff was alright, and currently my transmission is still jumping. It is the worst when you get to about 60 mph.

    I own a 2003 Buick Regal. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a normal oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for it but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car except there is a light out on the drivers side. The staff treated me good.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Ram. My experience was positive. Skip was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is on.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Montana. The vehicle was recently brought in for window service, it was there from ten to two to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was wonderful, and the vehicle has the same problem with the window now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.
