 | I own a 2002 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and they had it for less than an hour. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were nice, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 KIA Spectra. My sales person was Wayne. I was there for about an hour and the car was in good condition when I got it. The only thing is that it was missing a spare tire, but they took care of it for me already. The staff there was very nice. It was a good environment, and low pressure. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for a rear wheel bearing. It was quickly serviced and I only had to pay a $20 deductible. I was given a receipt and the customer service was great. There are no problems with my car now.

My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I recieved all the paperwork after my service was complete. The staff was pretty good at the shop, however, my low coolant light is on, and I am unsure why. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler Town & Cou. My salesperson was Michelle. She and the other employees did a very good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in very good and clean condition when I got it and it is doing great today. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford FREESTAR. The vehicle that I recently purchased was in good shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me was Ricky. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vheicle has no problems now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience has been positive. Carlos was my salesperson and he was excellent. When I purchased my vehicle it was in great condition,and it was clean. I am having a minor problem with the power steering but I am going to take it in. I was approved in the same day.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. My salesperson was a woman that sat by the posterboard in the front, and the vehicle that I purchased was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. I worked with a short, light skinned male for the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a very good job helping me out. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and today the vehicle is doing just fine. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change and the car was jerking. It took about 10 minutes to complete everything. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was excellent. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. I had my vehicle in the shop for a squeaking noise that it had been making, and the problem was diagnosed, and taken care of in about 4 hours. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I receieved all the paperwork at the completion of my service. The staff was pretty good, and the car is running smoothly today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop and had my transmission rebuilt. It took over a week to fix. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was pretty good. I am noticing a vibration that was not there before I got the transmission worked on. So I am taking it back to the shop soon as I get some time.
